Independence by Design
One of the first independent asset managers in Zurich. Founded 1967, still owner-managed, still held to a single standard.
A Tradition
of Stewardship
NUMMUS Asset Management AG was founded in Zurich in 1967 as one of the city’s first independent asset managers. For nearly six decades, the firm has remained an owner-managed family business, building strong, trusting relationships with its clients across multiple market cycles.
Our clients include non-profit organisations, established families, and private individuals. Their custodian bank is always their own choice; we are happy to assist in selecting the optimal custodian for their needs.

Six Principles, No Exceptions
Core values and high standards are more important than ever for a successful and trusting relationship. These principles have guided us since 1967.
Personal Service
Solution-oriented advice built on long client relationships, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Professional Standards
Rigorous investment processes, institutional-grade risk management, and continuous professional development across the team.
Independence & Transparency
No proprietary products, no retrocessions. Every recommendation exists solely to serve the client's mandate.
Transparent Remuneration
A straightforward, disclosed fee structure. No hidden charges, no performance fees that misalign incentives.
Continuous Development
Markets evolve. Our methods evolve with them, grounded in evidence and tested against decades of experience.
Openness to Innovation
Disciplined adoption of new instruments, technologies, and reporting capabilities, always in service of the client.
Regulated &
Accountable
Switzerland’s regulatory framework for independent asset managers is among the most rigorous in the world. We welcome this. Supervision is not a constraint, it is a condition of trust.
FINMA
Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority
Switzerland's financial market regulator. NUMMUS is supervised under the Financial Market Supervision Act (FINMASA) through its supervisory organisation, AOOS.
AOOS
Supervisory Organisation
Our designated supervisory organisation under FINMASA, conducting regular audits and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
SAM
Swiss Association of Wealth Managers
Member of the professional body representing independent wealth managers in Switzerland, committed to industry best practices and continuing education.
A Conversation, Not a Pitch
We begin every relationship the same way: listening. If you are considering independent asset management, or reviewing an existing arrangement, we would welcome the opportunity to understand your situation.
